We will never send another variety than ordered by you without consultation. It is not possible to claim a bulb that has not bloomed true to its name.
We select and ship only the best quality bulbs and pack them carefully to ensure that they arrive safely and in prime condition for planting. We expect that you will plant them promptly, following the cultural advice that we provide. If you are not pleased with your purchase or any item fails to meet your expectations, please contact us. We stand behind the quality of our products.

Packages may be left without a signature if no one will be there to sign for it. Royal Colors is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays or strikes. In cases such as these, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.
All international orders are shipped by International priority or registered mail. However, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry. Royal Colors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Shipments to that country is at your own risk. We are not responsible for packages that get lost, don’t get delivered or returned. Lost packages, damaged packages or packages that are hold or returned by the customs cannot be claimed with us. Packages are send registered mail and are trackable in general. However, this is not a guarantee the package will be delivered correctly.
